Harvest Crisp Rhubarb/ Elderflower

We love Rhubarb! We made this cider to represent the ultimate Manitoba fall dessert , Rhubarb Crisp. It is semi sweet and crisp. The elderflower balances the apple flavor, with just enough tartness to remind that rhubarb is more than just a pretty plant at the edge of the garden. Enjoy cold on its own, or add orange juice and make a Manitoba Mimosa for friends!
